Momentum has an impressive 22-year history which incorporates memorable performances at Move It, U.Dance, Can You Dance?, National Theatre Connections and Edinburgh Fringe Festival amongst countless others.  

 

Recognised as one of the UK’s top youth performance companies, Momentum has received a number of impressive awards and accolades, including National Theatre New Views Winners 2018 & 2019, National Theatre Connections Shortlist 2018, BBC Young Dancer Finalist 2017, Rock Challenge Northern Premier Champion and Sky 1 Got to Dance Semi-finalists. 

 

A tour de force in dance, drama and musical theatre, Momentum are regularly invited to perform at prestigious events. In recent years Momentum have appeared at the National Theatre, ExCeL London, M&S Bank Arena Liverpool, Cast Doncaster, The Alhambra Bradford, Leeds City Varieties and completed their own New York Street Theatre Tour.
