CAPA College Principal Named Judge for One Dance UK Awards 2026
CAPA College is delighted to announce that Principal Claire Nicholson has been selected as one of the judges for the prestigious One Dance UK Awards 2026. The awards celebrate the individuals and organisations shaping the future of dance in the UK, recognising excellence, impact and innovation across the sector. Being invited to join the judging panel places Claire alongside some of the most influential voices in the industry and marks a significant professional honour.
Claire’s contribution to arts education has been widely acknowledged over the years. She was named Inspirational Lecturer of the Year in 2020 and went on to receive the Jane Attenborough Award for Lifetime Achievement in Arts Education in 2024. These accolades highlight her dedication to excellence, widening access and creating opportunity for young people in the performing arts.
