Student Health & Wellbeing Manager
Emily Webster is a Pastoral Lead and DSL with over 20 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) mostly within the NHS moving into Education in 2015. Emily is also certified Mental Health First Aid instructor, and facilitates the peer mentorship programme at CAPA College. Emily is passionate about advocating for improving youth physical wellbeing, safeguarding, and mental health.
Emily’s work blends a strong healthcare background with a passion for nurturing and protecting students in creative and high-pressure environments this is especially important for young people who may have additional support needs or complex home lives.
