Natalie Alleston
Respect and Tutorial Leader
Natalie, a former professional dancer, trained at the Rambert School of Contemporary Dance before joining Phoenix Dance Theatre as a company dancer. Natalie has worked with world renowned choreographers such as Christopher Bruce and Itzik Galili, and toured throughout the UK, Europe and in China. Natalie later gained a master’s in psychology from Northumbria university and is now an accredited member of the British Psychological Society. Natalie brings her vast skillset to CAPA’s wellbeing and safeguarding team, as well as teaching ballet and contemporary dance. Outside of CAPA, Natalie works within the private and charity sectors specialising in trauma based practices and supporting professional athletes transition out of sport.
